I. Insurance

You’re responsible for your own travel insurance, including evacuation coverage. Provide insurance details when booking.

You need to buy travel insurance before going to Vietnam as well as many other countries.

II. Passport & Visa

Ensure you have a valid passport and visa for all countries on your itinerary.

III. Payment

Tour prices are currently in USD, you can pay in other currencies. Exchange rate calculated based on payment conversion date.

Pay a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on departure. We accept bank transfers and PayPal or international online payment invoice that we will send to you.

IV. Tour Itineraries

Our itineraries are a guide, not a strict plan. Seasonal changes may affect sights included.

V. Security Deposit

Self-riders pay a $50 USD security deposit. You’re responsible for any bike damage.

VI. Cancellations

You only need to deposit 30% of the trip value, the rest can be paid on the departure date. 

Cancel with 72 hours’ notice to avoid full payment.

For day tours, you only need to cancel 24 hours in advance to receive 100% of the deposit.

VII. Safety

We provide helmets and knee and hand protection throughout the trip. Follow your guide’s instructions and ride within your abilities. We may end your tour if safety is compromised.

VIII. Liability

Although we work very professionally and safely, there are risks during the trip.

We are not responsible for unforeseen events that cause injury, loss or inconvenience.

IX. Photography
